Victoria Triathlon is Back for 37th Year

Bring family and friends to participate in Canada's longest running triathlon

Are you ready to swim, bike, and run at the longest running triathlon in Canada? When the Self-Transcendence Triathlon/Duathlon in Victoria, BC announced it would not be returning in 2016, the wave of warm support and regret from its local community gave the organizers second thoughts and in response the triathlon is back for its 37th year. Tri BC has also announced that the race will once again be host to the 2016 BC Sprint Championship Race.
Bring your family and friends to join in for the event on Sunday, July 31st.  The race will take place at Elk Lake, a beautiful serene lake location for the swim, rolling hills for the cycle, and a (mostly) shady lakeside trail to run. With fantastic volunteers, and a breakfast buffet post-race that features homemade pancake stacks, this is an event not to be missed!
Early Bird entry pricing ends on April 15th so be sure to check out the website for more information and to get registered.
