Is this the worst idea ever?

Parks Canada plans to install wifi at parks (yes, you read that right)

Worst idea ever? Parks Canada is planning to install internet “hot spots” at 50 parks this year with a plan to triple that number over the next three years. Internet access will be available for free is some locations and on a pay-per-use basis for more remote locations. The goal is to enable Canadians to stay in touch with family, friends, work and the news of the world in areas where cell coverage is usually sketchy or unavailable. Some parks in Ontario and parks in Manitoba are already using or experimenting with this technology.

“Bluebird days give way to crystal clear nights. The world's an amazingly beautiful place, you just need to get out there and see it.”
