5 Peaks Durham Forest, June 14th, 2008
The second installment in the 2008 Ontario trail running series is shaping up to be a fantastic event. The race sold out over a month ago! Both the Sport (4.95k) and the Enduro (12.3k) courses have been redesigned and are sure to challenge and reward everyone racing. Runners will experience a breath taking route through the scenic Oak Ridges Moraine and finish to the rockin live music of the Running Free band. If you missed your chance to race Durham, Rattlesnake Point on July 12th will be the next opportunity to test yourself on the trails and enjoy running in it's genuine form. www.5peaks.com

Workouts are organized and led by club coaches and consist of running intervals and will vary weekly from hills to speed.  Stretches, warmups and cool downs start and finish every workout.
