Celebrate International Day of Yoga

Get your down dog on at these International Day of Yoga events happening across Canada on from June 21-26, 2016

You know an activity must be good for you—and humanity as a whole—if United Nations General Assembly gives it its own international day. In 2014, the UN declared June 21 as the International Day of Yoga to bring the world together in this 5,000-year-old physical, mental and spiritual practice, and millions of yogis and aspiring yogis alike came together to get their Zen on at various classes and events in cities across Canada and the world.
